The show art, the countdown, tickets, your next call and what just changed — one front door for the whole company, on every device. One link brings everyone in, each join lands in the right group, and the first sign-in is a one-tap email link — then Face ID or a fingerprint on that device.

One diary holds the whole season, and each member opens it to their own calls. Move a rehearsal and everyone it touches hears the same minute, on their phone — and the season subscribes straight into a member’s own calendar, beside work and school. When the company needs hands, a callout fills its slots by name.

Call a person, a group, the whole cast or the whole company — at one time, on one sheet. Post it once and each person called gets one notification carrying their own call time, on their phone, not lost in a group chat. The sheet keeps the score: who’s going, and who can’t make it, with the reason already in the production team’s hands.

Give it your script and it drafts the map of the show: every scene and number in running order, with every character in each, for your production team to proof, cast and lock. Then each cast member’s My track answers the question every rehearsal begins with — which numbers am I in? — on screen, or as an Excel or PDF of their own.

Every production gets Cast Notes: type up the notes from a run, tag anyone — a person, a group, the whole cast or company — and each member opens My notes to just the lines that relate to them. A note for the ensemble reaches the ensemble; a note for Grace reaches Grace, on her phone, the moment it is published. On Pro, the notes reader does the typing from the director’s own pages — see Readers.

Every member also keeps their own marked-up copy of the script and the score — My script & score. Copy the working script in from the Library, click a word to box a note to the line it is about, highlight in five colours. It is theirs alone: seen by nobody else, and never in the company’s exports.

Every production gets two readers. The script reader drafts the Cast Map from your libretto — every scene and number in running order, with every character in each — for the production team to proof and lock. The schedule reader takes the season you already keep, a spreadsheet, a Word document or a PDF, drafts every call from it, checks them against the availability register and asks about what it cannot tell.

Score & notes readers · Pro

The score reader drafts every chair the pit needs from your score, even a scanned or handwritten one. The notes reader takes the director’s typed notes — Word, PDF or plain text — addresses each to the people it names, and asks who is meant when a name is unclear, like a note for “ALTOS”. Nothing posts until the production team has checked it and pressed publish.

Build the shape of a show once — the calls, the acts, the interval. At show time the stage manager presses the moments only a human can call — Act I, the interval, Act II — and the app sends every call that hangs off them: the hour, the half, beginners, to every phone in the company. Everyone watches the same countdown on their own tab, and nothing calls anybody until the desk begins the show.

The prompt book lives on the script: click a word to place a cue or a standby, each department in its own colour, numbered as the script runs. At show time it pulls in beside the running order — the next cue large, what’s standing by beneath it — and a key or a foot pedal calls the next. A Show stop keeps its own clock while the act’s runs on, and every stop goes into the show’s report.

A young child never needs an email address, a phone or an account — a parent or guardian runs the membership, and it’s the child’s name on the calls, the Cast Map and the notes. One sign-in can hold the whole household, every member’s calls landing on one phone.

When a teen is ready for a sign-in of their own, their place goes with them in one press — part, calls and notes — and a parent can still be copied in: with both of them agreeing, and the show signing it off, the parent is sent the teen’s calls and memos too.

For schools and youth companies, the Working With Children Check register holds the adults’ checks and their expiry dates, and an owner’s switch keeps any adult — teacher, director or volunteer — out of a one-to-one chat with a student under 18.

No software makes an organisation compliant. This holds what a school, a council, a board or an insurer already requires you to hold — in one place, current, and ready to show on the morning it is asked for. Medical notes, emergency contacts, WWCC numbers, dates of birth, measurements and incident reports are encrypted where they’re stored.

Every account keeps the audit trail: who changed what, when, by name. Every export of a sensitive register is logged by name, and the owners are told the moment the company, WWCC or medical register leaves.
